Initial Exploratory Call
This is the first step in the consultation and design process.
A 30-minute consultation over video chat. We can discuss all aspects of your property and you can ask me any questions you have. We can go over any maps, and photos of your property and fly over your property on google earth.
This is often enough to answer your questions, set you up with a strategy to follow or flush out some ideas for the property. We can also discuss additional consultation or design options during this call.

Remote Mainframe Design
The mainframe design of a property is the most important aspect to get right for future success. It is the structure or the bones of the property that all other elements fit into. With a proper mainframe design in place, you can ensure a highly efficient and abundant system.
A Mainframe Permaculture Design includes the ideal locations for
• Water harvesting systems
• Access - roads & paths
• Structures - houses, barns, outbuildings, etc…
It also includes the placement of gardens, food forests & orchards, animal systems & grazing cells, etc…It does not include detailed plant or tree spacing or intricate garden design. This is better left to the property owner to figure as the system evolves as well as the availability of specific species. General planting guidelines as well as recommended species for the area are available upon request. The final design will only be as accurate as the mapping system used. A high-resolution LiDar map is highly recommended and can be obtained for an additional cost.
